Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Lumis Skincare, we believe in the power of our formulas. Every product is developed by a licensed esthetician with 17 years of hands-on experience, and we stand fully behind the quality and efficacy of what we create.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. We will process your refund promptly and without hassle.

Eligibility

What Qualifies for a Refund

30-day window: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
First-time orders: Refunds apply to your first order of each product. Repeat purchases of the same product are not eligible.
Subscription orders: Your first subscription shipment is covered by the 30-day guarantee. Subsequent monthly shipments are not eligible for refund once shipped.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or refund it at no cost — no time limit applies.
Gift cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

How to Submit a Refund Request

Email Us

Send an email to christal@lumisskincare.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your request.

We Review Your Request

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm your eligibility. We may ask a few questions to better understand your experience.

Refund Processed

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

Do I Need to Return the Product?

In most cases, you do not need to return the product. We trust our customers and want to make the process as simple as possible. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Your Lumis Skincare subscription is designed to be completely flexible. You are never locked in.

Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your My Account page or by emailing us.
Cancel before billing: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Pause instead of cancel: We recommend pausing your subscription if you need a break — this preserves your locked-in $69/month rate. Once cancelled, the rate cannot be reinstated.
Already billed: If you were charged before canceling, that shipment is not eligible for a refund unless it is your first order and falls within the 30-day guarantee window.

Protect Your Locked Rate

Your $69/month subscription rate is locked in for as long as you remain an active subscriber. If you cancel and wish to resubscribe later, you will be charged the current rate at that time — which may be higher. Shipping

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Lost packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Damaged in transit: If your product arrived damaged, email us a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement immediately at no charge.
Wrong item received: If you received the wrong product, contact us and we will ship the correct item with expedited shipping at no cost.
