How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Log into My Account → Subscriptions → click "Suspend" to pause or "Cancel" to end. You can also email us and we'll handle it for you.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Can I get a refund if the serum doesn't work for me?
